OK, OK, I apologize for the alliteration.....

I have a friend who occasionally get asked for publicity photos and information, and she's asked me to help her work up a publicity package. What should a performer send out to solicit gigs - and once a gig is booked, what should she have available to send the venue to publicize the gig?

Should she have a package on her Website, or should she send it by e-mail or on CD or on paper, or what?
