Art Isberg, if you Google your device, chances are very good that you will encounter forum discussions (not necessarily at Mudcat) where people with that exact device have been talking amongst themselves to solve problems. If you find a forum like that, it's always a nice idea to report your findings back here. (I did that recently with a software problem, and it was interesting how a few non-mudcatters landed on that thread to ask more questions or offer suggestions.)
