I have been taking 2000mg of glucosamine daily for over four months for osteoarthritis and it hasn't made the slightest difference. In fact, the stiffness in my back is getting worse.   I bought about a year's supply when I found it on special offer, thinking I would give it a real chance to work. I'll keep going, but I'm pretty sure I've been conned. If I start to get better I'll come here and eat my words, but pigs might fly too.
