My local grocery store has a British section. Everytime I go down that aisle, I stop to look at the food and wonder what it is.   I might as well ask here. What is treacle, and what do you do with it? How about sponge pudding. And is the Heinz brand sponge pudding any good? And who was it that thought that pink bubble gum was a suitable flavor for soda pop?
