Since the delegates are awarded proportionately to the vote, of the 26 total she will get (at least) 13 and he will get (at least) 12 - the final one essentially depends upon the 15,000 or so "provisional" ballots. So far, as of earlier today, only about a third of those have been identified with registered Democrats.
