I'm not sure about the name of this upbeat song, but it might be "Fired Up. Ready To Go" as that chant which Obama has popularized during his campaign is the song's only lyrics. The video also includes audio clips of Obama's speeches. The video also features photos of Senator Obama campaigning.

Also, I'm not sure what genre of music this is since Afro-Latin is a wide genre. I posted a comment to that YouTube and asked whether it was salsa. If I get a response, I'll post it.
