I LOVE my Ipod!

When I workout, I put it on shuffle, which mixes the selections and plays them at random. It's such a delight to be exercising along to some wonderful Quebecois fiddling, then on to a lovely rendition of Turning Toward the Morning by Ed Trickett, only to be surprised and delighted when the next cut is a pub session tune from Getaway 05, then Kendall's Rolling Home, then Amos, and Mick and Bobert, and Janie and Jeri and Barry and etc, etc.   

I may not run as fast or as long as some when I'm working out, but I'd bet I smile a whole lot more!!
