Perhaps my most memorable TV-watching moment came when I happened on the Dinah Shore SHow with Buckley as the co-host for the week.   What made it extroadinary was the interview they both conducted with Tom Waits after his extra long rendition of Tom Traubert's Blues. Buckley was enthralled with Wait's mind, and watching the two of them at play was utterly fantastic.
