Sorry there JE.......I didn't mean to listen to Mason. Mark quoted the song and asked if we knew who wrote it......and Mason Williams wrote it. The line came from Lewis Grizzard, the Georgia humorist/writer. Lew Grizzard had used it as a book title as well as a few other classics like, "Elvis is Dead and I Ain't Feelin' Too Good Myself." A chauvinist, a redneck, a Southerner through and through, but a really funny one. If there had not been a Lewis Grizzard, there wouldn't have been a Jeff Foxworthy.
