Every time I catch myself saying "I should do this or I should do that" it becomes so obvious to my heart that I am off track.
If I am doing the 'shoulds', my loving soul is very patient with me, hoping I will notice that this was not an honest plan.
So now when the word 'should' pops into my mind, I use it as a barometer that tells me something needs to be honestly looked at a little closer.
