A song that last 0.5 seconds isn't even capable of having a tune. A tune requires more than one note in sequence. It's an outburst of noise, but it's not a song.

If it were, then blowing a car horn would be a song or yelling "OUCH!" when someone drops a bowling ball on your foot would be a song.
