Funny that.

I put in a link to their site last night showing the correct spelling of their name and actually accurate information about their work.

As I was busy sweeping up cookie crumbs and other assorted housekeeping chores, I expect I came up as "Guest". And my post has gone.

Is it now Mudcat policy to positively encourage ill-informed nonsense and exclude error correction?

It is Mudcat policy to require a consistent name in the "from" box. If you post with no name in the "from" box, you take your chances - even if the omission was accidental. But I undeleted the post, just to be nice to you.
