There is a really sleazy "reality" show on US TV (VH1) where a houseful of girls are competing to be chosen as the Luv Bunny for a "rock star." One episode (I was waiting for my better half to come home from work late one night) had the girls doing a roller derby, while pushing a stroller with one of those babydolls in it that records how well you take care of it-- with REAL roller derby queens chasing them and out to schmear the "baby." There was no hockey on that night-- can you imagine????-- but the roller altercations were hilarious!

Pirate bedtime stories also resonate a lot like hockey. :~)
