I'm not sure how much truly voluntary prostitution there is anywhere - but the Orion women are always spoken of as slaves, and for a long time, I'd thought they had been discreetly forgotten, like the early Klingons. I would have thought the holosuite would have made the matter academic, anyway. As well as its prime purpose of being a plot embarrassment. I, and the person I watch with, tend to find holosuite stories less satisfactory than the "real" ones.
