I first heard this on a Judy Henske CD, a version different from the one printed on Digital Tradition Mirror. The strange and beautiful song has haunted me for a couple of years now. Did find mention of a version by Charlotte Daniels & Pat Webb on Prestige International (13037 LP) noted as having been recorded in "196?"
