Well, yes and no. LH, archives show that Billy met Wolfy when Billy was tossed into Hohenasperg prison as Wolfy's cellmate. Wolfy being quite domineering, even bullying, you can imagine how the relationship developed. They were released in a general amnesty following the accession of Prinz Frederich Hermann to the Mayorality of Heidelberg; Wolfy insisted that they then move to Vienna. Billy wanted to go to Toronto, but Wolfy's arguments (and his shank) left little room for argument. They were picked up numerous times by the Sündegruppe of the Wiener Polizei, paid fines up to three gold trunckenlieder, and were finally banished to Italy, "wo solche Sachen angenommen werden" (they were seperated with a crowbar and put on different coaches, one going to Venice and the other, for some reason, to Toronto).
