May I add that walking shoes don't necessarily have to be expensive to fit you well and provide the support you need. I lucked out in a big way and found some sneakers that cost $25.00. They are used for my walking exercise only. I am on my feet all day long and while I would enjoy wearing them for work, I think they would wear out far more quickly and there is something about the routine of getting ready to move that I love....routine....my own rhythm for getting ready to move. :)
