Stilly - For the names, you would need to look at his books. He provides all kinds of references and documentation to back up what he's saying, and the books go into more depth, of course. At the talks he is usually talking to people who've already read some of the books and they have a lot of background to go on. Yes, there's a strong New Age component in what he says. I would say that's because there's a lot in the New Age movement that is in itself quite valid and useful, despite the fact that some New Agers can get a bit silly. ;-) Some people of any known category of interest can get a bit silly, I find.

You see, if you are going to investigate the kind of things he's investigating, then of course you are going to look into a tremendous amount of existing material that's already out there, and you're going to integrate much of it into your own view of things. Naturally. It's a big picture, and there is a lot of relevant info out there to consult if you intend to look into it....literally thousands of books, old and new.

If many other people are talking about the same things...then why should it be surprising that David Icke and some of the others end up sharing much common ground?

How could it NOT happen that way?
