How about selling your house, buying a pub (one of those about to close down could possibly be cheap)throw our the plasma screen and the pool table (to discourage the youths), and put live music on every night. Sell the beer cheap (the mark up is usually 100%)you could then live in thr re-named "Heavens Gate", drink the profits and find yourself in good company every night. Just an idea.
