Tell ya' though Max, while the new place sounds great, I think you need a lovely housewarming gift for the family room. I was thinking maybe I could commission a nice piece of sculpture or something................you know, something cool and a yet a conversational incentive.........I was thinking along the lines of oh, say, Brutus Buckeye buttfucking a blue and white coated lion with a huge smile on the cat's face. That'd be a nice piece anywhere from the bar to the TV top to out by the mailbox or even the front door to greet visitors.
