New train songs are appearing every day. There's a beauty - 'Big Ol' Train' - on Kimmie Rhodes' brand new album 'Rich from the Journey' Sunbird Records. It's the best thing on the album, apart from 'God's Acre' where she duets with Gillian Welch. Kimmie is in glorious voice, as ever. Some of the lyrics are a bit new-agey spiritual for my taste but, as far I am concerned, she can sing the phone book and I'll listen.--Stewie.
