For better or worse, times have changed since Howard's amazing Eisteddfods in Massachusetts.   However he is director emeritus of Eisteddfod-NY and has expressed pleasure at the present incarnation.   
   A Mudcat gathering would add to the informal music sharing aspect of Eisteddfod-NY, a chance for jamming, songswaps, chatting face to face.
