I play a bit of fiddle (mostly Irish but have learned a few Swedish and Norwegian tunes). I plan to be in Sweden early/middle July this year, based nea r - not in - Stockholm. I'm looking for advice on where to hear muysic and if possible attend workshops (intermediate fiddle, beginner dancing, singing for non-Swedish speaker) accessible to someone not fluent in any Scandinavian language.

I've looked at the Swedish trad music links via Bassen's clicky ; it's TOO vast though so far I have noted one contact to e-mail, Nivren Folkdansgille , which in Sndsvall, 400 km n of Stockholm may be too far away for me.
