Further to my comment above , I have been without Internet for between six and ten hours at a time for the last four days ! Today , 10 am til 8.30 pm !!And the Auto response does NOT list my area as having a problem and neither does the 'live ' Operator !
Earliest they can get any one to me is 'Sometime' Monday morning ! Thats Virgin Media !
