I've been using Virgin Media for about three months now and not had any problems. I pay £15.50 per month for broadband and telephone line rental, which includes free weekend calls. One other plus for Virgin is that they've just announced that their customer/technical support lines will be free of charge from June onwards. I've heard of some providers who charge £1 per minute for this service so it's something else to check out.
