Bina is a brand of harmoniums (Bina Musical Stores of Delhi) rather than being a separate instrument.

That's what I've always thought; our Indian Harmonium (a particularly cheap & nasty model with eccentric couplings the sense of which I've yet to figure out!) was sold to us as a Baja, which is the name I tend to use for it.
