Thanks again for further comments - it seems that it may now be a choice between PlusNet, that everyone seems happy with who uses them, and Virgin where there are mixed feelings though a few people I know have Virgin and have been happy. Anyone else like to comment before I take the plunge? Do Virgin and PlusNet set everything up for you or is there some personal geekery involved? I'm ok on IT but not an expert.
