Yes,my luv, Sandycove is in Dublin...and I was also living there for about 5 months..in a townhouse...lovely place, near the sea...I loved it..but the auld one next door couldn't stand music, of any kind..the sort that keeps her ear pressed to the wall to make sure rules weren't being broken, and we had to move.
Kilpedder is great! I'm in an old gate lodge with about an acre of garden surrounding...I can now play to my heart's content.
