In fact if you want to run it BWM, feel free.
We will very willingly let you have the village hall for nothing from 12 noon to 4 pm. No bar and no BBQ. Room to be left tidy for the villagers to come in and get the evening event set up.
The village hall will be closed from 4pm to 7:15pm whilst all perparations are done.
