I know I'm coming to this thread a little late but I've been researching the triple tragedy for my partner who only recently discovered her grand-father, Frederick Sawdon, was serving as a trimmer on the Ross Cleveland.

I wanted to thank you for helping me along the way but also to point you in the direction of the BBC online archives where there is a play first broadcast in 1980. It's just short of 14 minutes long and at the end features Bill Meek's 'Harry Eddom'
