Thanks everyone for posting all the info on 'Elmer & The Bear'! My dad used to recite this to us during car trips, and it is a fond memory indeed. He recited the lyrics that are the second set posted in this thread. I am thrilled to have a copy of the lyrics, although I could almost remember all of them, since I heard it so much as a child.
