If you love them as we all do, you have to be able to do the right thing for them. I have loved many dogs and cats and the end is never easy regardless of how it comes. Jaeger left us last year and now my girl Sissy is 12 and showing the signs of age.....still Daddy's girl and happy but Weims don't get past 13 very often so...........
