"Your last post just diminished the integrity of this thread" - I'm not even sure what that means. It sounds like some kind of roundabout way of saying something one doesn't want to say straight out, like saying "terminate with extreme prejuduce" instead of "murder".

It sounds a bit as if it means something like "Sit up straight at the back there and put your hands on the desk." Formal education as opposed to Informal.
