In the movie "1-2-3" with James Cagney, Horst Bucholtz as an East German prisoner was tortured by repeated playings of "Itsy-Bitsy Teeny-Weeny Yellw Polka-Dot Bikini" in an attempt to make him talk. Is that what you had in mind?
