An absolutely enthralling weekend: whenever we thought it couldn't possibly get better ... it did! It was great to be able to show Jon how much we appreciate him and what he has achieved.

And a huge vote of thanks to Kathy, not only for all her weeks of scheming and hours of preparation, but especially for her skill and cunning in keeping the old Sod(yer) so thoroughly in the dark right up to the very last moment.
