Someone once told me that if the stuff's really good that if you shake it the bubbles will stay at the bottom, if not the bubbles will rise to the top. However when someone used to bring it into a card game I attended,I tried it once. I never bothered to shake it. It shook me, and I have no idea where the bubbles went.....
