Pene is absolutely right when he says that a little knowledge is a dangerous thing. Self proclaimed, and non self proclaimed 'experts' abound. To avoid such confusion, a subscription to some of the FREE newsletters at, for example, Winmag.com is a valuable addition to anyone's inbox. There they have 'windows tips' newsletters, The famous 'Langa List', Broadband forums, etc. I'm sure Pene would agree that these kind of newsletters provide probably the best kind of information. It is always better to have one 'expert' to explain these things, than to receive a potential conflicting set of instructions from several non-experts.
