On the Bluegrass list this morning, someone made the point that it is absolutely essential, at a festival, to make sure that you eat something from each of the five major food groups each day:Sugar, Salt, Grease, Chocolate, and Alcohol.
I realize folk festivals have a lot more poor, misguided, wispy, half-starved health food enthusiasts than BG festivals do, but they should not be taken as good examples of how to act, IMO.
