Mention of the sportscar aspect reminds me of an incident many years ago when I went to step across a road at a city junction, with a green light. A neat little sportscar ignored me and edged around the corner, across the crossing. I had a newspaper in my hand and banged it on the roof over the driver's head. It was a soft-top! He wasn't best pleased!
