Amos, as a cellist all my life, I am aware of dozens of rock cello bands or bands that included at least one full time cello.

For an all cello band I recomend Apocolypse
For true enjoyment I reccomend The Terrapin String Quartet followed by Cronos string quartet.

The all cello orchestras are most effective with pieces like Samual Barber's Adagio.
