Excuse, Sawz, but the issue of who ordered torture where and when was not the subject of my previous post--and was not conflated there in any degree with any other thing.

If you look it over you will see my post concerns the right of the Congress of the United States to require members of the executive branch to testify before their investigations, such as Harriet MEiers.

Why you think this is associated with torture is beyond me.
