Day One - tip-top fun all round; weather hot, humid, airless; Strawhead in fine form; Greg Butler as formidable as ever; excellent singarounds (a special mention of lovely Mudcatter My Guru Always Says, who sings like an angel) & an atmospheric session with The A69 Band. Lots more - Debby McLatchy, etc. etc. 2pm - just back from the Festival Cabaret hosted by Dave Jones where Rapunzel & I had the indignity of following 4Square, featuring the not inconsiderable talents of Jim Molyneaux (percussion finalist in the 2008 Young Musician of the Year). My instrument of choice? Dumbek!
