I'm wondering wether to hire the hall at the Institute (it's the village hall, i don't know why they call it that!) because the Red Lion is a small pub and it would give us more space. There's a stage, and it might encourage the locals to pop in for a listen.
It is an "Arts and Crafts" peroid building, with a high, raftered ceiling. Looks good, but messes up the accoustics, sometimes. The pub is a 2 minute walk away, and you can fetch beer in.
