By their very definition, natural disasters affect humans and their properties... therefore a shipping disaster like the Titanic should be included. An iceburg that just hits another iceburg and upsets a polar bear is just nature.

I'd suggest 'They built the ship Titanic' but it's not really the sort of tune that fits on a 'disaster' compilation.

'Dust Bowl Blues' would get my vote.
