Incidently the Washington Post biographical article of Obama (August 24, Special Insert pages A21-28) discusses Obamas drug use and quotes one of his long-time friends "We did a lot of dope, if he hadn't of written about it (Obamas book) it would have been a disaster". And if you were referring to Kerry as a war hero, please encourage him to sign his SF (Standard Form) 180 so we can finally find out who put him in for his Silver Star and three purple hearts in a total of ninty days in country...

As I recall, the Alaskan trooper who is in embroiled in the Palin affair was found guilty of shooting a moose from his cruiser and then (horrors) using his wifes hunting license to tag it. Do not shoot from a car; that moose could be on a leash in someones yard.

And no, as I posted on a comment on Clinton some 9 years ago, I do not believe military service qualifies anyone for or against the presidency. But as Richard Pryor once said " People get out of your way when your face is on fire".
