Hi, Allan. There was a white buffalo on a ranch near Helena when I was growing up, and he was called Big Medicine. It was no problem to drive by and see him. When he died, he was stuffed and placed in the historical museum in Helena, near the Capitol. We used to go over to the museum and pat him on the nose. The spot became worn and shiny from all the kids touching him. He is still there today.
