After 10 Sun Salutations and my body was plenty warm, I was able to get into my very first unassisted bind. Here's what it looks like:

I know it doesn't look like much but give it a try...WOO HOOOO! I can't think of any other time in my life when I would have been excited to tell someone that I got into a bind!!!!
