Ya' know it wouldn't be as bad if these folks just didn't want to testify but what really makes this a very sticky situation for historians is that these folks want all their correspondances also kept secret... What this does, in essence, is create an 8 year void in the history... Yeah we know about the decisions but unlike former administartions we don't know anything, or very little, into just who was doing waht in making these decsions...

This is a very dangerous precedence...
