Ah.. keeping it up.. that's a problem I'm having this week.. keeping my trousers up.

I may have to invest in some more elastic... it's a bit too soon to start taking them in I think.... and it's more likely to be the elastic - that was the problem with my knickers.

However, another half mile yesterday carrying bags of fruit and veg from the market, reversed this morning sans half the fruit.
