In Alaska one election season we got the petition on the ballot requiring that the cost of a potential Capital move out of Juneau be ascertained before any move was seriously considered.

The petition passed. However, 68,000 Alaskans voted No, we don't need to know how much it would cost. There are some really, really dumb people out there.

I wish the PBS poll had a spot where one could detail the reasons why Palin is NOT qualified.
